Tencel is produced by environmentally responsible processes from the sustainably sourced natural raw material wood with texture as silk while much better obdurability.

1. Do not soak or machine dry.
2. Do not use laundry beads.
3. Any Laundry Detergendt needs to be dilluted to contact the sheets.
4. Please use delicate mode to wash.
5. Do not use dryer, rince, and spin the sheet until no drops and hung to dry.
6. It may take up to 2 days for the sheet to remoisturize and returm to its perfect condition.

If your order requires a change, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work to make the edit for you. However, if your order has already been processed and fulfilled, we will be unable to edit your order. We can create an exchange for you in this case.

If you’re not completely in love with your Dame du Lac Bedding, it's eligible for an exchange or return with a proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be unwashed and sent back to our Corporate Headquarters. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs are the responsibility of purchaser.
